A quick guide to how SRAAARISE is intended to work.
Who can use SRAAARISE?
It is designed for local shops, retail, wholesale, distributors and service businesses, with larger business workflows planned in phases.
Do I need to upload Excel files?
The core workflow is direct entry through forms and tables. Import tools may be added separately.
Can I add my own products and services?
Yes. Each business can maintain its own catalogue of the items and services it offers.
Are weekly and monthly entries separate?
No. Record transactions with their actual dates. Weekly, monthly and yearly summaries should be generated from those daily records.
Are dashboard figures live?
Dashboard values should be calculated from the business's saved records. Empty or unavailable data should be clearly identified.
Is SRAAARISE a complete accounting or tax filing system?
Not at this stage. Advanced accounting, statutory reporting and tax filing require further development and validation.
